Welcome to Our New Staff!
The Chamber has some news of note! Many of you may already know, but we have 2 new staff members here at the Chamber. Natasha Morrison has joined us to focus on the Down-town Morristown Main Street Program. Natasha is a former main street small business owner as well as having a year of chamber of commerce experience in another Tennessee community. Natasha’s first project was completing the concert series downtown and it was wonderful to see the growth in attendance in that event. We do look to hopefully expand/extend that event next year and will be looking for sponsorships so more to come in that area.
Lauren Stipes has also joined us following Rogie’s retirement and will be at the front desk customer service position for a while. We expect her to take on more and more responsibly in the latter parts of the year and she may transition to other responsibilities but more to come on that. Lauren has multiple years in nonprofit experience and we look forward to working with her at the Chamber! Please take the time to introduce yourselves to the new staff members and make them feel welcome! It’s great to have them on board!
