As election season draws near, the Chamber asks for your support. While no one on our staff is running for office, we will work with these elected officials for the next few years. We would ask that you do your homework on candidates and
how they answer questions and support issues vital to our community. (Quick hint, if they talk about the need for thousands of jobs, they may not be paying attention in the community in which they are running for office.)

By your involvement in the Chamber, you probably have a good pulse on the community and should be able to ask pertinent questions of these people seeking office if they knock on your door campaigning or if you run into them out in the community. We would also ask that you support and attend the Chamber of Commerce’s candidate forum. This will be your opportunity to hear answers to many of the questions that address issues or topics impacting our community today.

A strong elected leadership is vital to continuing and sustaining the pace and momentum our community has going, and we ask that as Chamber members, please support our elected leadership and participate in electing members whom have proven they will support the economic vitality of our wonderful community.
