Chamber Chairman Chris Horn has announced his theme for 2018, “Morristown Works”. The theme recognizes Morristown’s reputation of having an excellent, established workforce as well as reminds citizens, new residents and visitors that Morristown “works” for so many areas of life—tourists, retirees, disc golfers, young professionals, families, entrepreneurs, industry, and anyone looking for a great place to live, work and play.
Within the next two weeks, the Business Plan will be mailed out to each Chamber member business and emailed to each individual representative from member businesses. The Business Plan outlines each division of the Chamber and explains the projects and events they will undertake in 2018 and invites individuals to sign up to work on those areas that are of interest to them. Also included is a list of sponsorship opportunities for Chamber member businesses. This section of the Business Plan outlines the many ways members can market their businesses to other members and the general public through sponsoring Chamber events and programs.
